Our Story
In 2015, a group of event lovers in Shibuya noticed a gap: reliable, customer-friendly ticket booking for Japanese events was fragmented, expensive, and trust-starved. Scalpers dominated. International platforms charged predatory fees. Local organizers had no platform to reach fans reliably. We launched NipponTicketHub from a small office with a simple mission: change that.
In Year One, we booked 50,000 tickets across Tokyo. By Year Three, we'd expanded to 34 prefectures. Today, nine years later, NipponTicketHub processes 2+ million bookings annually, partners with 500+ venues and organizers, and has become Japan's most-trusted independent ticketing platform. Our Tokyo headquarters remains our nerve center, but our spirit is genuinely nationwide.
